2026-27 Preschool Registration
Welcome to ADM Preschool Registration.
- In order to register for preschool, incoming students must be 4 years old on or before September 15th of 2026.
- Registration is a multi-step process with different directions depending on your status and scenario.

Registration Window: Families who would like to send a student to four-year-old preschool at ADM next school year must complete the online registration process by 12/1 each year to be considered as part of the initial selection process. Late registrations will not be considered as part of the initial registration process and will be placed on a waiting list.
Selection Process: Completing registration does not guarantee a spot in ADM’s four-year-old preschool program. ADM will use a multi-step selection process in order to determine entry to ADM’s four-year-old preschool program. Review the full selection process here: ADM Preschool Information
Timeline:
- Registration Window: Registration is open 11/1 - 12/1.
- Selection Process: Following the close of registration on 12/1, ADM will follow a multi-phase selection process to identify students initially selected to participate in ADM's four-year-old preschool program.
- Notification: All families who completed the online preschool registration process by 12/1 for their child will receive an email by mid-January indicating if their child has been selected for ADM’s four-year-old preschool program. Students who are not selected will be placed on a waiting list.
- Waiting List: In the event a spot becomes available in preschool, ADM will utilize a lottery drawing of all waitlisted students to offer the open spot.
- Registering After 12/1: Families are still invited to register eligible four-year-old preschool students after the 12/1 registration window closes. Students registered after 12/1 will be placed on the waiting list.

- Immunization records (preferred), copy of passport, adoption records, or birth certificate. (Birth certificate cannot be uploaded online and must be presented in person)

- ADM uses Infinite Campus to manage all student information. Use the following information to create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account:
- Locate the Infinite Campus Parent Portal “activation key” that you received via email after your online registration was approved.
- Click the black button below to create a portal account using the “activation key”.
- Enter the Infinite Campus portal “activation key”.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to create your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- Access the ADM Infinite Campus Support page to learn more or to access support for Infinite Campus.

Step 3: Register for 7-12th Grade Activities (July)
- Activities Registration will open in late July.
- All families of students in grades 7-12 will be sent email communication from ADM’s Activities Director when the activities registration opens.
- ADM uses rSchools to facilitate the activities registration process.
- Activities Registration is only required for students in grades 7th-12th grade who participate in a school activity.

Step 4: Pay School Fees (August)
- Families of registered students will be contacted in August with information about paying school fees. School fees should be paid prior to the start of the next school year.
- Note: If you register after the first day of school, please pay fees after completing online registration.
- School fees can be paid directly in Infinite Campus or in person at the District Administration Center.
- Pay Fees Online:
- Login to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal using the link above.
- Select “Fees” from the left navigation menu and then click “add to cart” for the fees that you would like to add to your cart for payment.
- Select “My Cart” (top right pop up window)
- Select “Submit Payment” (bottom of pop up window)
- Pay Fees by Mail or In Person: If you prefer to drop off or mail in a check, you may send a check to the district office at 215 N. 11th Street, Adel, IA, 50003.
- Please include your child’s name on all submitted checks.
- Cash payments can be made in person at the district office.
- Pay Fees Online:
- Free or Reduced Fees: Students who qualify for a Free or Reduced Meal status may also benefit from free or reduced school fees. All families will be emailed with information about completing the free and reduced application in July. To qualify for a Free or Reduced Meal status, guardians must apply for the status each year after July 1.
- Concerned About Paying Fees? If you are concerned about paying fees and would like to discuss a payment plan, please contact Josh Jacobs, ADM Business Manager at (515) 993-4283 ext. 1042.
Step 5: Attend School at ADM (August)
- PS-6: Homeroom teacher assignments for grades PS-6 will be viewable in Infinite Campus the second week in August. Parents will receive an email indicating when teacher assignments are ready to be viewed.
- 7-12: Schedules and homeroom teacher assignments for students in grades 7-12 can be viewed after July 1 via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and Infinite Campus Student Portal.
