2026-27 Kindergarten Registration
- Registration Opens January 15, 2026 -
Welcome to ADM Kindergarten Registration.
- In order to attend Kindergarten, incoming students must be 5 years old on or before September 15th of 2026.
- Registration is a multi-step process with different directions depending on your status and scenario.
- Please send questions to registration@admschools.org or call (515) 478-1271 with registration questions or to set up an appointment to register in person.

Timeline:
- January 15, 2026: Kindergarten Registration Opens
- Please register during January and February to ensure you receive all communication related to kindergarten screening in preparation for your child to attend kindergarten at ADM.
- Late March: Kindergarten Screening Email
- The email will include:
- Information on the prekindergarten and kindergarten programs
- Information on kindergarten screening
- A parent questionnaire to complete providing additional information on your child
- A sign up for your child’s kindergarten screening time
- The email will include:
- April 27 & 28, 2026: Kindergarten Screening
- All children eligible to attend Kindergarten will attend both screening dates
- July 1: Free or Reduced Fees:
- Students who qualify for a Free or Reduced Meal status may also benefit from free or reduced school fees. All families will be emailed with information about completing the free and reduced application in July. To qualify for a Free or Reduced Meal status, guardians must apply for the status each year after July 1.
- August: Payment of School Fees
- Families of registered students will be contacted in August with information about paying school fees
Kindergarten Registration: Which of the following best describes the “status” of the student you are registering for kindergarten?

ADM uses a multi-step online registration process. The directions listed below are for families who have NO children enrolled in the ADM School District. A student is not considered fully registered to attend school until all of the steps listed below have been completed.
Information:
The following information is needed to complete the online registration process:- Proof of residency
- Proof of age (Preschool & Kindergarten Only)
- Immunization records (preferred), copy of passport, adoption records, or birth certificate. (Birth certificate cannot be uploaded online and must be presented in person)
- Parent contact information
- Emergency contact information
- Student’s health condition / medication information
- Immunization records
Directions: Complete each of the steps listed below in order to fully register to attend school at ADM.

- Are you unable to complete the online registration? If so, please schedule an appointment. Appointments MUST be scheduled by sending an email to registration@admschools.org or by calling (515) 478-1271.
Step 1: Complete Online Registration
- Online registration cannot be completed on a mobile phone and must be completed using a computer or tablet.
- Access the online registration portal using the link below.
- Enable Pop-up Windows in your web browser. (directions for Chrome, and Firefox)
- Select “Start New Registration”, complete fields, and submit.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Follow all directions contained in the email.
- Complete and submit the online registration.

Step 2: Create a Parent Portal Account (After Registration is Approved)
- ADM uses Infinite Campus to manage all student information. Use the following information to create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account:
- Locate the Infinite Campus Parent Portal “activation key” that you received via email after your online registration was approved.
- Click the black button below to create a portal account using the “activation key”.
- Enter the Infinite Campus portal “activation key”.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to create your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- Access the ADM Infinite Campus Support page to learn more or to access support for Infinite Campus.

When to Pay Fees: School fees should be paid prior to the start of the next school year. Families of registered students will be contacted in August with information about paying school fees.
