Teacher Leadership & Compensation (TLC)
Improving student learning requires improving the instruction they receive each day. There is no better way to do this than to empower our best teachers to lead their effort. At ADM, we have a robust Teacher Leadership and Compensation (TLC) system that provides opportunities for teachers to lead through roles as an instructional coach, PLC leader, and mentor teacher.
ADM’s TLC System Vision: ADM’s TLC program will provide distributed teacher leadership opportunities to support ALL teachers in engaging ALL students in a challenging and supportive environment that ensures ALL students learn at high levels.
