The Master contract covers all full or regular part-time certified employees including the following teachers: classroom, learning disability, remedial, physical education, music and art, guidance counselors, social workers, and nurses.  The master contract does not cover administrators (superintendent, principals, assistant principals, directors), substitute teachers, non-professional employees, and all others excluded by Iowa Code section 20.4.
