Teacher Leadership & Compensation (TLC) System

Improving student learning requires improving the instruction they receive each day. There is no better way to do this than to empower our best teachers to lead the effort. At ADM, we have a robust Teacher Leadership and Compensation (TLC) that provides opportunities for teachers to lead through roles as an instructional coach, PLC leader, model teacher, and mentor teacher.
