2026-27 Preschool Registration

- Registration Opens November 1 and Closes December 1 -

 

Welcome to ADM Preschool Registration. 

  • In order to register for preschool, incoming students must be 4 years old on or before September 15th of 2026.
  • Registration is a multi-step process with different directions depending on your status and scenario.

Registration Window: Families who would like to send a student to four-year-old preschool at ADM next school year must complete the online registration process by 12/1 each year to be considered as part of the initial selection process. Late registrations will not be considered as part of the initial registration process and will be placed on a waiting list.

 

 

Selection Process: Completing registration does not guarantee a spot in ADM’s four-year-old preschool program. ADM will use a multi-step selection process in order to determine entry to ADM’s four-year-old preschool program. Timeline:

  • Registration Window: Registration is open 11/1 - 12/1.
  • Selection Process: Following the close of registration on 12/1, ADM will follow a multi-phase selection process to identify students initially selected to participate in ADM's four-year-old preschool program.
  • Notification: All families who completed the online preschool registration process by 12/1 for their child will receive an email by mid-January indicating if their child has been selected for ADM’s four-year-old preschool program. Students who are not selected will be placed on a waiting list.
  • Waiting List: In the event a spot becomes available in preschool, ADM will utilize a lottery drawing of all waitlisted students to offer the open spot.
  • Registering After 12/1: Families are still invited to register eligible four-year-old preschool students after the 12/1 registration window closes.  Students registered after 12/1 will be placed on the waiting list.

Preschool Registration: Which of the following best describes your family?

  • ADM uses a multi-step online registration process. The directions listed below are for families who have NO children enrolled in the ADM School District. A student is not considered fully registered to attend school until all of the steps listed below have been completed.

     

     

    Information:
    The following information is needed to complete the online registration process:

    • Proof of residency
    • Proof of age (Preschool & Kindergarten Only)
      • Immunization records (preferred), copy of passport, adoption records, or birth certificate. (Birth certificate cannot be uploaded online and must be presented in person)
    • Parent contact information
    • Emergency contact information
    • Student’s health condition / medication information
    • Immunization records

     

     

    Directions: Complete each of the steps listed below in order to register to be considered for part of the selection process for four-year-old preschool.

    • Are you unable to complete the online registration?  If so, please schedule an appointment. Appointments MUST be scheduled by sending an email to registration@admschools.org or by calling (515) 478-1271.

     

     

    Step 1: Complete Online Registration (Opens June 1)

    • Online registration cannot be completed on a mobile phone and must be completed using a computer or tablet.
    • Access the online registration portal using the link below.
    • Enable Pop-up Windows in your web browser. (directions for Chrome, and Firefox)
    • Select “Start New Registration”, complete fields, and submit.
    • A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Follow all directions contained in the email.
    • Complete and submit the online registration.

    Step 2: Create a Parent Portal Account (After Registration is Approved)

    • ADM uses Infinite Campus to manage all student information. Use the following information to create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account:
      • Locate the Infinite Campus Parent Portal “activation key” that you received via email after your online registration was approved.
      • Click the black button below to create a portal account using the “activation key”.
      • Enter the Infinite Campus portal “activation key”.
      • Follow the onscreen prompts to create your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
      • Access the ADM Infinite Campus Support page to learn more or to access support for Infinite Campus.

A student is not considered fully registered to attend school until all of the steps listed below have been completed.
