Jill Shogren ~ 5 Years of Service!
Posted Date: 10/20/26 (11:00 AM)

Please join us in congratulating Jill Shogren for 5 years of service at ADM!
Jill is an Associate at DeSoto Intermediate School who was born and raised in Wichita, KS. She has an Associates degree in Sign Language Interpreting and has 5 additional years of experience helping students and adults with special needs to reach their goals.
Prior to ADM, Jill has worked for Cowley County Special Services Cooperative, a regional education service agency in Winfield, KS, as well as for Fremont Mills Community Schools in Tabor, IA. She also worked for Goodwill and Starkey Inc. to assist and teach work skills to adults with barriers to employment,
Jill states that she chose ADM because, "My family moved into the district and after seeing how my children were welcomed and easily transitioned, I knew we were home. So naturally it made sense to join the ADM family myself. She stays at ADM because she feels it is the perfect size; big enough to meet needs, but still small enough to be a family.
Jill wanted to work in a school because she feels she is a big kid at heart and working with children allows her to stay young, have fun, and be a little bit silly while she works. She has always enjoyed helping children and adults with special needs to have fun and learn new skills. Her favorite part of her role at ADM is witnessing the moments when a child realizes they “CAN!”
Outside of school, Jill enjoys playing board games with her kids, cheering them on in their sports, and riding around in her golf cart.
Thank you, Jill Shogren, for 5 years of service to ADM Schools!
