Please join us in congratulating Rodger Schwabe for 5 years of service at ADM!

Rodger Schwabe serves ADM as a custodian for ADM Middle School. He was born and raised in Champagne Urbana, IL.

He has a lengthy background in floor maintenance for retail companies.  After working for Wal-Mart for 15 years, Rodger decided to come to ADM because it was close to home and he was ready for a change of pace.

Rodger stated that he stays at ADM because the students and staff are friendly, which makes his job easier.  Aside from the students and staff during the school year, Rodger shared that his favorite thing about his role as a custodian is deep cleaning and waxing the floors over the summertime.

Outside of work, Rodger enjoys watching movies and mowing his lawn.

Thank you, Rodger Schwabe, for your 5 years of service to ADM!
