Trevor Irwin ~ 5 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating Trevor Irwin for 5 years of service at ADM!  Mr. Irwin is a 6th Grade Math, Science, and Social Studies Teacher at DeSoto Intermediate School.  He is also in his 5th year as a Varsity Volleyball Coach for ADM.  This is the start of Trevor’s 11th year in his teaching career.  Prior to coming to ADM, he taught and coached for 5 years at ACGC (Adair-Casey & Guthrie Center).

Trevor was born and raised in the small town of Early, IA.  He received his BA in Elementary Education from Iowa State University and is just a few months away from receiving his masters from Buena Vista University.

When asked why he wanted to be a teacher, Trevor shared, “My passion is working with people that want to learn and grow.  Self-improvement is really important to me.”  He chose ADM because he loved the community and location of Adel and he stays because of his coworkers and the positive environment that they create.  His coworkers and students are what he enjoys most about his roles with ADM.

When Trevor is not teaching or coaching, he enjoys traveling, triathlons, and gravel cycling.  He also likes discovering and enjoying new foods and local breweries.

Thank you, Trevor Irwin, for your 5 years of service with ADM!
