Molly Good ~ 5 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating Molly Good for 5 years of service at ADM! 

Molly is a 7th Grade Math Teacher at ADM Middle School who is starting her 12th year in her teaching career.  Prior to teaching for ADM, Molly taught 6th grade math for 7 years in Phoenix, AZ.  She was born and raised in Marion, IA and received her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from University of Iowa, specializing in K-8 Mathematics.  

Molly has always worked with kids.  She shared, “It is the only type of job I have had and I love it!  There is never a boring day and I always end up with funny stories!  The kids keep me feeling young and I'm always entertained.”  Molly is always amazed by the level of thinking and insight my students demonstrate.  She feels that one of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching how much her students grow from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.  

She chose ADM because everyone was so welcoming during her interview and she could tell immediately that this community and district was special.  She stated that she could tell how important student success was to the district because there were action plans put into place for every student to grow and achieve at their highest potential.  She stays because she loves her coworkers and feels that she has the best students and families.  She appreciates feeling truly supported and appreciated.  

Outside of work, Molly enjoys being with family, reading, watching reality TV, and traveling.
