George Callsen ~ 5 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating George Callsen for 5 years of service at ADM!

George Callsen is the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach for the ADM district. He was born and raised in West Covina, California and Vancouver, Washington.  He attended Iowa Western Community College where he received an Associates of Arts and Sciences.

George has worked as a teacher associate for Woodward Granger, Waukee, Sacred Heart School, and ADM, and he has coached baseball for Lamoni, North Polk, Waukee, Dowling Catholic, and ADM.  This year is his 18th year coaching.

George wanted to be a coach so that he could pass on to others the values that have been taught to him.  The togetherness of the ADM coaching staff and baseball program is what he enjoys most about ADM.  George shared that he enjoys coaching for ADM because it is his home and he appreciates the great community with a small-town-feel.

Outside of work, George enjoys watching his son play sports, fastpitch umpiring, watching the Washington Huskies dominate football in the fall, and attending ADM activities.

Thank You, George Callsen, for 5 years of service at ADM!
