Jarrett Bertog ~ 5 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating Jarrett Bertog for 5 years of service at ADM! 

Jarrett is a 6th Grade English/Language Arts Teacher and Instructional Coach at DeSoto Intermediate School.  He was born and raised in Glen Ellyn, IL.  He received his Elementary Education (BA) degree from University of Iowa and his MA in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University.  Jarrett started his teaching career at North Scott Community School District in Eldridge, IA as a 4th-6th Grade Teacher.     

Jarrett loves being a teacher because, as he states, “When you work with kids, every day is something entirely new.”  He chose to teach at ADM because he and his wife wanted to be closer to family.  He stays with ADM because of the great people that work here.  He also appreciates the opportunity to work with multiple grade levels. 

Outside of work, Jarrett enjoys reading, mowing his lawn, watching football, and spending time with his family.
