Lauren Abbas ~ 5 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating Lauren Abbas for 5 years of service at ADM! 

Lauren serves ADM as an Assistant Soccer Coach for ADM High School.  She was born and raised in Adel and chose to coach for ADM Schools because it is her alma mater.  Lauren enjoys working with young athletes and helping them grow their skills, both in soccer and in life.  

Her favorite coaching memory is going to the Girls State Soccer Semi Finals in 2025. 

When Lauren is not coaching, she works full time as a Marketing Manager at Palmer Group and she enjoys playing soccer, running, strength training, working on home improvement projects, and traveling with her husband.
