New flyers have been posted on the ADM Website:

• Adel Children's Choir ~ Grades 1 to 5 ~ Rehearsals Begin Tuesday, September 15th
• Adel Public Library ~ September Programs
• Dallas County Conservation Board ~ Upcoming Programs ~ September & October
• Girl Scouts ~ Experiment with Girl Scouts ~ Events on September 17th and September 29th
• Girls On The Run ~ Fall 2026 Season Starts September 14th

If you have a community event or opportunity that you'd like to inform families in the district about, please view the requirements below and use the Submit a Flyer link to share your pdf flyer for review.

Electronic Flyer Requirements:

• Flyers must be informational in nature, free of logos from for-profit entities and religious symbols. Board policy prohibits distribution of flyers for for-profit organizations.
• One listing per organization will appear at any given time. If you have multiple flyers for a specific deadline, please send all flyers combined into a single pdf file.
• Any flyer approved for distribution must include the following statement: 
  • “This is not an Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District publication, nor is it in any way endorsed or sponsored by the district. This publication is being provided only to inform you of other available community activities and opportunities.”
• After the flyer has received approval from ADM, it will be kept on file and posted to the district website at the next available date. It will remain for approximately one month.
