ADM Middle School is proud to recognize William Schwarte as Student Citizen of the Month for January!

William was nominated by his teachers for his intentional kindness and leadership in the classroom. They shared that he consistently goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels included. During class discussions, William notices when classmates are struggling to share their ideas and thoughtfully invites them into the conversation. He leads with kindness—not authority—and helps others feel comfortable and valued.

Whether it’s making sure a student has a partner, encouraging someone to speak up, or including others in group work, William always chooses to do the right thing and be a good human. His actions truly reflect what it means to be a positive role model at ADM Middle School.
