35+ Years of Service: Thank You, Pam Septer!

Pam Septer is a paraeducator at Adel Elementary School who is celebrating 37 years with us this year. She was born in Quincy, IL and raised in St. Louis, MO.
Pam was a stay at home mom prior to starting her career at ADM. She wanted to work in a school because she loves children. She enjoys connecting and building relationships with them and she delights in watching them flourish and grow through the years. She chose ADM because her kids attended this district and she felt it was the perfect fit. She has stayed at ADM because she finds the job very rewarding and fulfilling. She appreciates the district’s values and high standards, as well as the wonderful relationships (with students, parents, and staff) that she’s built along the way. What Pam enjoys most about her role is greeting the kids each morning as they arrive! She enjoys working with them one-on-one and in small groups and celebrating their accomplishments.
Outside of the school day, Pam enjoys gardening and spending as much time with her family and grandchildren as possible.
Please help us thank Pam Septer for her 37 years of support and service to the ADM community!
