Rikki Kuhns is celebrating 25 years with ADM this year.  She currently serves ADM as the Administrative Assistant to the Business Manager and District Registrar.  She started her career at Adel Elementary in the office in 2000 and moved to the district office in 2005.  Rikki was born and raised in Creston, IA.   

She originally wanted to work in a school because it was close to home and she wanted to spend more time with her children.  Carole Schepers (then Carole Reindl) reached out to Rikki and asked her to consider coming to work in the office at Adel Elementary.  She stays with ADM because she loves her job and she thinks the staff are pretty awesome!  Her favorite part of her current role is meeting new families.  She states, “I like the challenges of the day-to-day operations.  Two days are never the same!”

Outside of the school day, Rikki loves spending time with her family and following her 5 grandkids with their activities.  During the summer, she and her husband enjoy kayaking.
