Emily Thomas is starting her first year teaching and is excited to join Meadow View Elementary School as a Special Education Teacher.  She is a graduate of University of Northern Iowa. 

Emily enjoys spending time with his family.  She likes to play with her dogs and go for family walks.  Over the summer Emily became a mom and an aunt and has been loving all the baby snuggles!

When Emily was asked why she chose ADM, she stated, “I have had the opportunity to work here as an associate teacher while obtaining my degree. This gave me insight into the values of the district and the teachers that work here.  I love the inclusive nature at ADM for both students and teachers.”  Emily wanted to become a teacher so that she could help students meet their goals.
