Heidi Freidhof ~ 15 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating Heidi Freidhof for 15 years of service at ADM! 

Heidi is an associate at Adel Elementary School.  She was born and raised in Buffalo, MN.  Heidi received her BA in Psychology from Luther College, and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University.  She worked at Cigna Mental Health after college, then was a stay at home mother while her children were young.  Heidi started her role with ADM Schools as an accompanist in 2010 and eventually transitioned to an associate role in 2021.  She has served ADM for over 15 years, collectively.  

Heidi wanted to work in a school because she loved working with children.  She chose ADM because it was close to home and she enjoyed playing the piano, so the accompanist role was a good fit for her.  When Heidi was asked what she enjoys most about her role as an associate, she shared, “I enjoy and am honored by whatever stories the 5-7 year olds choose to tell me.  And watching kids work on learning how to write their numbers and letters is pretty amazing.”  She stays with ADM because her children are here and she loves her coworkers.  

Outside of school, Heidi enjoys reading and being outside.
