JoLynn Blair ~ 15 Years of Service!

Please join us in congratulating JoLynn Blair for 15 years of service at ADM!

JoLynn is a Physical Education Teacher at Adel Elementary School.  She was born in Waverly, IA and raised in Adel.  JoLynn attended Upper Iowa University for her Bachelors in Education.  She later worked to add her PE degree via Simpson College and Drake University.

When asked why she wanted to be a teacher, JoLynn shared, “I enjoy helping others, had a great education myself, and have always enjoyed sports & activities so I wanted to share that joy with children.”  Mrs. Blair chose ADM because she was raised here and married an ADM alumni so ADM was already home to her.  She and her husband knew they wanted their children to get their education at ADM.  She stays at ADM because it is a wonderful district to teach for.

Helping students realize that being active can be fun, seeing their excitement, and helping them build confidence along the way is what JoLynn loves most about her role as an elementary school PE teacher.

Outside of school, JoLynn enjoys reading, playing volleyball, kayaking, spending time with her family (mostly at their sporting events), and doing anything outdoors.

Thank you, JoLynn Blair, for your 15 years of service with ADM!
