Please join us in congratulating Taylor Uster for 10 years of service at ADM!

Taylor is a 3rd Grade Teacher at Meadow View Elementary School. She was born and raised in Winterset, IA and she received her BA from University of Northern Iowa.

Mrs. Uster shared that she wanted to be a teacher because “Kids are so fun to work with - you never know what your day will be like!” She chose ADM because she student-taught at DeSoto Intermediate and from the start of that experience, she knew she wanted to be part of the ADM district. She stays with ADM because she loves the people, the kids, the community, and the support that this district provides. Being able to create space for kids to be themselves and helping them grow is what Taylor loves most about her role as a 3rd grade teacher.

Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Uster loves doing puzzles, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Thank you, Taylor Uster, for your 10 years of service with ADM!
