New Family to ADM – Registration

ADM uses a multi-step online registration process. The directions listed below are for families that have NO children enrolled in the ADM School District. A student is not considered fully registered to attend school until all of the steps listed below have been completed.

Information:

The following information is needed to complete the online registration process:

  • proof of residency
  • birth certificate (Preschool & Kindergarten Only)
  • parent contact information
  • emergency contact information
  • student’s health condition / medication information
  • Immunization records

Directions:

Complete each of the steps listed below in order to fully register to attend school at ADM. Please contact Rikki Kuhns at rkuhns@admschools.org or (515) 993-4283 ext. 7060 with questions about the registration process or to set up an appointment to complete the online registration in person.


Step 1: Online Registration                        

Directions:  Use the following information to complete online registration:

  • Online registration cannot be completed on a mobile phone and must be completed using a computer or tablet.
  • Access the online registration portal using the link above.
  • Enable Pop-up Windows in your web browser: directions for Chrome, and Firefox
  • Select “Start New Registration”, complete fields, and submit.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Follow all directions contained in the email.
  • Complete and submit the online registration.

Step 2: Create Parent Portal Account    

Information:  ADM uses Infinite Campus to manage all student information.

Directions:  Use the following information to create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account:

  • Access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal using the link above.
  • Enter the Infinite Campus Parent Portal “activation key” that you received via email after your online registration was approved.
  • Follow the onscreen prompts to create your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  • Access the ADM Infinite Campus Support page to learn more or to access support for Infinite Campus.

Step 3: Create & Link RevTrak Account

InformationADM uses RevTrak for the collection of online payments.  Users must create a RevTrak account and link their data to Infinite Campus in order for accurate fees to be assessed.

Directions:  Use the following information to Create an ADM RevTrak account:

  • Access the ADM RevTrak Online Payment Center using the link above.
  • Select “Create New Account” 
  • Complete the fields listed to create your account.
  • Select “Food and Fee Payments”
  • Enter your Infinite Campus Username and the birthday of one student.
  • This will link your account and fees between Infinite Campus and RevTrak.
  • Access Online Payments on the ADM website to learn more about Online Payments and RevTrak.

Step 4: Pay Fees                                          

InformationSchool fees can be paid online via RevTrak or in person at the District Administration Center. If you prefer to drop off or mail in a check, you may send a check to the district office at 215 N. 11th Street, Adel, IA, 50003. Please include your child’s name on all submitted checks. Cash payments can be made in person at the district office.

Directions for Online Payment:  Use the ADM RevTrak Online Payment Center to pay textbook and other school fees.

  • Access the ADM RevTrak Online Payment Center using the link above.
  • Login using your username and password.
  • Select “Student Food and Fee Payments” to pay fees.

Step 5: Register for Activities (7th-12th)

InformationADM uses rSchools to facilitate the activities registration process.  This is optional for students in grades 7th-12th grade.

Directions:  Use the following information to complete the activities registration process:

  • Access the activities registration directions and information using the link above.
