New Family to ADM – Registration
ADM uses a multi-step online registration process. The directions listed below are for families who have NO children enrolled in the ADM School District. A student is not considered fully registered to attend school until all of the steps listed below have been completed.
Information:
The following information is needed to complete the online registration process:
- Proof of residency
- Proof of age (Preschool & Kindergarten Only)
- Immunization records (preferred), copy of passport, adoption records, or birth certificate. (Birth certificate cannot be uploaded online and must be presented in person)
- Parent contact information
- Emergency contact information
- Student’s health condition / medication information
- Immunization records

Step 2: Create Parent Portal AccountInformation: ADM uses Infinite Campus to manage all student information. Directions: Use the following information to create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account:

Step 3: Pay FeesInformation: School fees can be paid directly in Infinite Campus or in person at the District Administration Center. If you prefer to drop off or mail in a check, you may send a check to the district office at 215 N. 11th Street, Adel, IA, 50003. Please include your child’s name on all submitted checks. Cash payments can be made in person at the district office. Directions for Online Payment: All fees can be paid directly in Infinite Campus.
Free or Reduced Fees: Existing families that have qualified for free or reduced meal status and a reduction of fees will be expected to pay fees according to their most recent free or reduced status. Families who reapply for benefits will be notified of their new free or reduced status in August with their balance adjusted accordingly. Concerned About Paying Fees? If you are concerned about paying fees and would like to discuss a payment plan, please contact Eric Brown, Business Manager, at eric.brown@admschools.org or (515) 993-4283 ext. 7040. Failure to Register and Pay Fees by June 30th: ADM will not guarantee bus transportation during the first two weeks of school for any student who has not fully registered and paid applicable fees by June 30th. |
Registration for Activities (7th-12th)Information: ADM uses rSchools to facilitate the activities registration process. This is only required for students in grades 7th-12th grade who participate in a school activity. Registration: Activities Registration will open in late July. All families of students in grades 7-12 will be sent email communication from ADM’s Activities Director when the activities registration opens. |
