Sydney is a kindergarten teacher at Adel Elementary School.
She chose to teach kindergarten because she wanted to influence students at the very beginning of their educational journey.
“It’s important that each one of my kindergartners feels valued, loved, and excited to come to school and learn each day,” she says. “It’s gratifying to watch my students fall in love with learning.”
