ADM recently started a new Middle School Show Choir program made up of 7th and 8th grade students. The group, Compass, has been rehearsing in the mornings before school, learning choreography, singing songs and becoming a performer on stage.
Compass traveled to Waukee High School on Tuesday, February 14th to do an exchange performance with the Timberline Middle School’s 8th grade group, En Fuego. Both groups performed for each other, received a critique from the opposing director and were allowed time to connect with each other to get excited about show choir.
Compass will have their final performance of the year for families and the community at ADM Middle School’s Fine Arts Night on Monday, March 6th starting at 6:00 pm.
