The support staff at Adel Elementary are critical to the success of our staff and students. Whether they are a special education associate, program associate or have another role within the building, they all play a major part in impacting student achievement.
Humble, hungry and smart are three key attributes that come to mind. Whether it is learning a new instructional routine, being proactive before something occurs, modeling appropriate behaviors, or building students’ self confidence, they exemplify these qualities on a daily basis.
We are so fortunate to have such an amazing group of staff members that put students first in everything they do. They build the positive culture we expect at Adel Elementary.
