ADM prides itself in ensuring our students feel safe and cared for. Each year, the building practices drills to increase our safety in unforeseen situations.
This year, Meadow View students will complete the following drills:
– Severe Weather
– Fire
– Active Threat
– Bus
As a whole staff, we understand how important it is to stay calm and be clear with our directions to students. Our intent is not to alarm but to provide information to ready students in an unforeseen event.
This past week, students at Meadow View practiced the bus evacuation drill. During this time, students learned what to do while on the bus, evacuation exits, and how to safely cross the street when a bus is present. Thank you to all the bus drivers who took the time to go over this important information with our students!
