New Teacher Spotlight: Welcome Kylie Nichols!
Kylie Nichols joins ADM as a second grade teacher at Meadow View Elementary! Kylie graduated from Iowa State University and is starting her first year of teaching.
Kylie chose ADM because of the collaborative and upbeat environment, along with the common goal of student growth, aligned with what she was looking for in a teaching position. Finding a district where she can continually grow and improve, thereby increasing the success of students, is very important to her. She became a teacher because she enjoys working with students and encouraging them to do their best and believe in themselves. Growing up with a mother in education provided her opportunities to help in the classroom and recognize her passion to work with students and be part of their growth. In her free time, Kylie enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on bike rides, and caring for her plants. Help us give a warm ADM welcome to Kylie Nichols!
