Automatic Email Reminders: An automatic email will be generated from Infinite Campus when a student’s lunch balance is below $10.00. Email notifications are only sent from the system at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Sundays.
- Example 1: If your child’s lunch balance is below $10.00 at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, you will receive an email reminder that day.
- Example 2: If your child’s lunch balance doesn’t fall below $10.00 until Thursday, you will receive an email reminder on Sunday.
Check Account Balance: You can check your child’s balance at any time using the following options:
- Infinite Campus Parent Portal Mobile App (iOS or Android)
- Computer browser to access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account
- RevTrak to view balance and add funds
Mobile App Customized Notifications: If you would like to customize additional reminders for lunch balances, you can receive custom notifications using the Infinite Campus Parent mobile app. In Account Settings, you can choose any balance amount for which you would like to receive notification on your device. These are notifications via the app only and are not email notifications.
