Guthrie County REC recently donated Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) kits to the ADM Middle School. The purpose of these kits is to help students learn more about electricity and renewable energy. The middle school science collaborative team was able to select unique kits that best fit their curriculum needs.

This project was funded through an energy efficiency program by CIPCO, Guthrie County REC’s power supplier. Guthrie County REC is an electric cooperative that provides safe, affordable, reliable and environmentally responsible electricity to 4,600 members in Adair, Audubon, Cass, Dallas, Greene and Guthrie counties.
