The Iowa Post Secondary Readiness Report has been jointly released by the Iowa Department of Education, the Iowa Board of Regents, and the Iowa Workforce Development Council. Iowa’s Postsecondary Readiness Report provides student enrollment in college and career training, postsecondary remedial course-taking rates, and postsecondary retention and completion rates that can be connected to every public high school in Iowa. ADM’s data for the percentage of students requiring remedial math and English coursework in college is very good – around 11%. The state-wide percentage is 23.2%.
