ADM Families and Staff,
Families and staff are asked to use the following linked ADM COVID-19 Daily Wellness Screener each day to determine if a student or staff member is ill or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and if they should attend school or a school function.
While the screener initially looks like a long process, we are confident that you will find it easy to use and follow after reviewing the process in full. The screening process has been created in consultation with the Dallas County Health Department and should be used by all ADM families and staff during the 2020-21 school year.
