Luke Asche is the Director of Buildings and Grounds for the ADM School District.  He was born and raised in Grimes and he taught Industrial Technology for ADM for 9 years prior to becoming the Buildings and Grounds Director.  

While reflecting on why he originally wanted to be a teacher, Luke shared that he was drawn in by his high school Industrial Technology teacher who noticed his interest in the subject and suggested he become a teacher.  He chose ADM because it is a nice community and was close to home.  He stays with ADM because he feels it is a great place to raise his children.  What Luke enjoys most about his role is working through construction projects.  

Outside of the school day, Luke enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
