Fourth-grade students explored the LittleBits Invention Kit, engaging in hands-on learning about electronics and engineering. Working in small groups, they discovered how different color-coded magnetic circuits connect to create functioning inventions. Students experimented with power, input, output, and connection modules to design simple projects—such as light-up devices, moving gadgets, or sound-making inventions.

The activity encouraged creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and STEM thinking, as students tested and refined their designs while learning how circuits work in real-world technology. As they continue to use the LittleBits Kit students will work with a small group to create an invention and eventually code the invention to perform actions.
