Dennis McCauley is a bus driver who has completed 15 years of his career at ADM, collectively.  He drove for ADM for 10 years, from 1995 to 2005, while his children were in school.  He returned in 2020, giving him 15 years with ADM in total.  Dennis was born and raised in Adel.  Regarding Adel, Dennis states, “I grew up here and raised my family here. There’s something special about Adel and the people.”  He chose ADM for the benefits of local employment.  He stays with ADM because it’s a good working environment.  What Dennis loves most about his role is building relationships with the kids and parents.   

When Dennis is not driving a bus, he enjoys being actively involved in the Life Recovery community and playing drums for the worship team at his local church.  He also loves to ride his Harley.
