At ADM, we believe that ensuring that our students’ nutritional needs are met is a necessary first step in creating an environment where students are able to focus and thrive both within and outside of the classroom.

Nutrition Department Family Portal (LINQ)

What is LINQ?

The ADM Nutrition Department uses LINQ Connect for families. In this system families are able to:

  • Apply for Free or Reduced Meals
  • View School Menus
  • Make Meal Payments
  • Manage your students accounts

Create A Family Portal:

  • Step 1: Access the new portal: https://www.linqconnect.com
  • Step 2: Select “Register” in the top-right corner
  • Step 3: Enter the requested information to create your account
    • Note: Once a parent has entered their information into the system, they will be asked to link their student to their account. In order to link to a student, you will need to enter the following information for each student in your family:
      • First Name: As registered with the school
      • Last Name: As registered with the school
      • Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

Free and Reduced Applications

ADM families are also reminded that the Free and Reduced Meal Application for the 2023-24 school year is now open. Please use the following directions to apply for Free and Reduced meals for the upcoming school year.

  • Step 1: Access and login to the new portal: https://www.linqconnect.com
  • Step 2: Select “Meal Application” Tab
  • Step 3: Follow instructions on the screen to complete the application

Meal Standards

Breakfast and lunch are available at every school in the district, and our meals meet or exceed the US Department of Agriculture nutrition standards, which require:

  • half of the tray should be fruits and vegetables (1/2 cup servings of each)
  • age-appropriate calorie servings
  • a wide variety of vegetables
  • fat-free unflavored or flavored 1% milk
  • foods rich in whole grains
  • limited sodium
