If an employee works at least 30 hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis, the employee is eligible for a pro-rated share of benefits. The full-time monthly, negotiated benefit is $550.00 to be applied to any health insurance plan beginning July 1 for support staff and September 1 for certified staff. If the premium of the selected plan exceeds the benefit amount, the difference will be a monthly, pre-tax payroll deduction. Administrators may reduce their salary for the premium of the selected plan.
