Each month DeSoto Intermediate 5th graders are asked to record lunch menus to be shared on K107, a local country radio station. A K107 representative comes to DeSoto to tape students as they narrate the daily lunch items. Students are given a certificate to celebrate their recording and remind them when their audio will be aired. Our students love this opportunity to share their speaking talents with our community!
