The second annual Experiencing Success Today conference will be held at ADM High School on Friday, February 16.  The premise of the conference is simple: educators in our district possess a wealth of expertise and this day gives them the opportunity to share that expertise with each other.

Breakout sessions–created and led by teachers–will include making a makerspace, breaking down barriers in individualized instruction, student-led math portfolios, managing your class with social bookmarking, building a classroom community, co-teaching, playing on Seesaw, self-regulation skills for students, and more.

This conference provides multiple opportunities for all of us to learn and grow–from our own ADM teachers and from a nationally-recognized educational leader like Dr. Anthony Muhammad.  Dr. Muhammad is a leading expert in school climate and organizational culture, having written books such as The Will to Lead, The Skill to Teach: Transforming Schools at Every Level and Transforming School Culture: How to Overcome Staff Division.
